Termination Policies

• Termination for the Tenant(s) must be at least thirty (30) days from the next payment date and in accordance with the lease or you will automatically forfeit the return of your security deposit.
• The day of move-out, both parties should walk through the apartment to perform the move-out inspection. This walk-through shall take place on the date of termination or an alternate agreed upon date.
• Tenant agrees to arrange for the utilities (as applicable) to be TURNED OFF upon move-out. If the landlord would like to transfer the accounts to their name they should inform the tenant as soon as possible.
