The Rumford Center Development Team
The rejuvenation of Rumford Center is being led by a consortium of respected industry developers.  PK Rumford is a partnership of the Peregrine Group and Kirkbrae Development Corp.

		Kirkbrae Development Corp., with its sister companies, has been building, selling, leasing, renting and managing property in Northern Rhode Island for over 45 years. Principal Gregory D. Richard has 33 years in the realty industry as a broker for many distinctive properties, including 1300 Highland Corporate Drive in Cumberland and Ross Commons Condominiums in East Providence.
		Peregrine Group was founded in 1999 by Jordan M. Stone, David A. Sluter and Colin P. Kane. The principals, with more than 50 years of combined industry experience, based Peregrine’s vision on the notion that integrity, hard work, sophistication and shared values can combine to create special places for working and living in Rhode Island. Among their signature projects are Coastal Medical Office Building in East Providence and Ocean House in Watch Hill.

CONSTRUCTION:

		New England Construction has been building its reputation since 1985, focused on serving the northeast with integrity, commitment and excellence in commercial construction. New England Construction Specialists are dedicated to providing the very best construction experience throughout the project cycle.
		Kirkbrae Construction LLC is the builder for the residential component of Rumford Center.  Principals Henry L. Richard, Paul M. Richard and Gregory D. Richard have more than 100 combined years of residential housing experience and a reputation for quality.

ARCHITECT:

Prellwitz-Chilinski Associates is a Cambridge-based architectural firm of thirty people who enjoy putting design into action. Known for bringing new life to historic buildings, they have generated many award-winning designs including Next House for Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mashpee Commons, and the Café at Children’s Hospital of Boston.

ENGINEERING:

Pare Corporation was founded in 1970 with one goal in mind – providing consistently superior service to our clients. They provide a diverse array of services including land use and economic development planning, civil and environmental engineering, transportation engineering, structural, geotechnical and site planning and design.

LEASING AGENTS:

		Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services provides leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, retail and consulting services to clients throughout New England. As Rhode Island’s largest independent commercial real estate brokerage, the company has guided leases and sales of millions of square feet of commercial space and transactions involving thousands of acres of undeveloped land throughout the region.
